Piemonte Innova carried out a feasibility study for the provision of Internet connectivity services with Wi-Fi access in the areas of the Chamber of Commerce offices, in some city squares and streets, and at the premises of some shopkeepers.

Following the approval of the feasibility study, a European tender was launched for the acquisition of Internet connectivity services.
