Regional innovation systems: from vision to reality
Obiettivo della conferenza è riunire tutti coloro che partecipano ai processi di innovazione nella propria regione e desiderano ampliare i propri orizzonti attraverso collaborazioni internazionali: agenzie di sviluppo e promozione dell’innovazione, associazioni imprenditoriali, distretti, centri di tecnologia, università, player finanziari, ecc.

The Forum’s second conference will take place on 1-3 April 2009 in Santiago de Compostela, Galicia, Spain. It will be organized under the theme ‘Regional innovation systems: from vision to reality’ with the support of the General Directorate for Research, Development and Innovation (I+D+i) of the Xunta de Galicia’s Innovation and Industry Council.

 

This conference is primarily aimed at all of those who participate in their region’s innovation processes and wish to increase their horizons for international collaboration: development and innovation promotion agencies, business associations, clusters, technological centres, universities, the financial sector, etc.

This event is an opportunity to bring together all institutional stakeholders, both public and private, who share an interest in using knowledge and technological innovation for regional development in Latin America and Europe alike, to network and share experiences. It will will include plenary sessions, work groups, workshopsand technical visits to Galician institutions.

The Columbus Torino Association is proud to join its efforts to those of distinguished international institutions, local governments, business associations and representatives of the financial sector, to promote this new space for Euro-Latin American cooperation.
